EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, a natural
treatment for emotional and physical problems is relatively new to Israel.
Founded by doctors in the US, the treatment successfully helps those suffering
from trauma, abuse, stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, depression, grief, addictive
cravings, headaches, pains and breathing problems.
Relatively new in
Israel, EFT began in 1980 in the US. Much like shiatsu and acupuncture, EFT
uses needles to tap 12 points on the body. The treatment is given on all
12 parts of the body and lasts 1.5 minutes. People who have experienced EFT
treatment report a high level of success, many saying that they are cured
of the ailment that caused them to undergo EFT. Based on a successful treatment
the symptoms should not return. The length of treatment tends to vary based
on the patient.
